1. Queen
We are going to forgive Kangana Ranaut for the past few disasters like ‘Krrish 3’ and ‘Rajjo’ just because of this upcoming comedy. ‘Queen’, releasing March 7, is the story of a bride whose groom abandons her, so she decides to take her honeymoon alone in London. A story of self-discovery with a lot of fun and comedy along the way, ‘Queen’ also stars Lisa Haydon.
2. Total Siyapaa
A romcom that promises to give its money’s worth is ‘Total Siyapaa’. A Pakistani boy in London encounters the eccentric family of the Indian girl he is going to marry and chaos ensues. From the makers of ‘A Wednesday’ and ‘Special 26’, this movie will star Ali Zafar, Yami Gautam, Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher.
3. Gulaab Gang
Based on the actual group of women vigilantes from UP, the Gulabi Gang, ‘Gulaab Gang’ (March 7) will see Madhuri Dixit dishing violence out to the bad guys – feminist style. One reason you must definitely watch this movie is because it brings together onscreen two of the biggest names from the 90s – Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, and that too in a head-on collision against each other.
4. 300: Rise of an Empire
If none of the earlier ones excite you, this is one that will definitely get you going. The much-awaited sequel to ‘300’ releases March 7. The movie focuses on the historical Battle of Artemisium fought between Greek city-states and the Persian Empire. Starring Lena Headey, Eva Green, and Rodrigo Santoro reprising his role of Xerxes, we cannot wait for this one!
